  • A welcome email from the event lead, including where to meet, timings, and useful information. 
  • A volunteer agreement form to read and sign. 
  • Any materials you’ll need (e.g. name badge or T-shirt). 
  • A brief phone call from the event lead to introduce themselves and answer any questions.
